Up-to-date Era Building is a QBCC-licensed building company delivering high-end residential renovations and new builds across the Gold Coast, with the occasional commercial fitout.
We're after a leading hand carpenter who can take a section of a job and run it — set out, sequence, deliver — without being babysat.You'll work directly with the owner (a carpenter by trade) and an established crew on quality renovation projects from Currumbin to Yatala.
This is hands-on, on-the-tools work with genuine responsibility: reading plans, coordinating with other trades, keeping your section moving and to standard.Weeks run a minimum of 40 hours, up to 60 when the program demands it.
If you're chasing 20 hours a week, this isn't the role.Pay: $*****/hr + GST (ABN contractor) or $*****/hr + super (full-time wages) — negotiable on experience.
