You will contribute to improving and automating HR reporting processes, dashboards and datasets while supporting the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.Deliver regular monthly, quarterly and annual people reportingPrepare ad hoc HR reporting and analysis for business prioritiesAnalyse data to report trends, risks and opportunities, providing true insights for our HR leadersSupport data extracts, uploads, validation and integrity activitiesImprove reports, dashboards and datasets for stakeholder needsIdentify and lead reporting efficiencies, automation and AI-enabled solutionsAbout youYou bring demonstrated experience in people reporting,
workforce data analytics and insights, with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
You enjoy analysing data, improving reporting products and communicating clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience delivering regular HR reporting cycles and balancing prioritiesCapability with data tools such as advanced Excel, Databricks, PowerBIExperience implementing uplifts in HR dashboards or reportingAbility to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholdersInterest in applying AI to reporting and insightsExperience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) is desirableWhat We OfferUniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
