Fostering client relationships and identifying new and exciting growth opportunities.
Additionally, you will oversee and support the develop of strategic plans, lead the bookings team, align sales with company goals, and ensure compliance while representing the company's C.O.M.P.A.S.S values.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the education and resources sectors, developing and executing a strategic sales and growth planBuild and maintain solid client relationships, proactively managing risk and identifying opportunities to grow within the existing baseLead and mentor the bookings team, implementing KPIs and a commercial approach to quoting and conversionDevelop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and support cross-promotion across Kelsian's business unitsRepresent Kelsian at industry events, conferences, and trade showsReport on sales performance, market trends,
