This is a casual FIFO position offering flexible roster options, day shifts only, and an immediate start for the right candidate.You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining a semi watercart to support dust suppression and site maintenance across our mining operations.

fuel levels and equipment performance throughout each shiftComplete daily operational records and pre-start documentationFollow all site safety procedures and operational requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersRespond to operational requests as required while maintaining a high standard of safetyWhat we're looking forCurrent HC Driver LicenceExperience operating a semi watercart or similar heavy vehicles is preferredStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent G1 and Rio Tinto Induction, or willingness to obtainAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningReliable, punctual and safety focusedExperience completing pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance is advantageousAbout usCape York Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd is a trusted maintenance and operations services provider supporting the mining and resources sector across Far North Queensland.
