Quirky Support Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland.

You will play a vital part in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate actively in their local community.What you'll be doingProviding personalised care and support to clients with a range of disabilities, assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community accessFacilitating and encouraging client participation in social, recreational, and educational activities to promote independence and wellbeingDelivering high-quality service with empathy, patience, and respect for client's rights, choices, and dignityMaintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with industry standards and organisational policiesCollaborating with the client, their family, and the wider support team to develop and implement individualised support plansParticipating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the disability support fieldWhat we're looking forExperience with high complex behaviors - predominantly ASD Level 3 nonverbal.Must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.Candidates must be available to work night shifts as part of this role.Experience providing direct care and support to individuals with a range of disabilities,
