mortgage and property-related disputesThe ideal candidate:Must have 2-6 years' PQE in commercial litigationA law degree supported by a strong academic recordSound knowledge of NSW civil procedureExperience appearing in court and/or instructing counselStrong drafting, legal research and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlinesA proactive and practice approach, with a genuine interest in developing as a litigatorExperience in mortgage or property disputes will be advantageous but is not essentialWhy work with us?
