Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence?
We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis at our Bexley village, including night shifts!
Working as part of our care team, you will be responsible for:Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.Conducting assessments, care planning, documentation,
