The role focuses on real-time Auslan communication via video, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.You will manage up to 15 team members, oversee escalations, and drive improvements across the NCC.
Adaptable hybrid arrangements and rotating shift patterns are available to support operations.
