The culture is collaborative, fast-paced and down-to-earth, with strong connectivity across marketing, innovation, technical and operations teams.About the RoleThis is a newly created NPDProject Manager position sitting within the marketing function and acting as the critical link between NPD and operations.
You will take ownership of multiple NPD projects, driving them through the Stage Gate process from concept through to successful commercialisation.Working across a busy and varied innovation pipeline, you will:Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple NPD and commercialisation projectsOwn project plans, timelines, milestones and critical pathsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, NPD, technical, operations and commercial teamsProactively identify risks and roadblocks,



driving actions to keep projects on trackFacilitate technical and commercial conversations, ensuring clear ownership and communication across teamsSupport and enhance existing Stage Gate processes and project management frameworksImprove project visibility and ways of working through tools such as monday.comBalance multiple priorities within a fast-moving and complex FMCG environmentAbout YouYou will bring 5+ years' project management experience, ideally within FMCG, food or beverage, along with a strong understanding of NPD and commercialisation.
You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you will be naturally curious, comfortable working with technical stakeholders and confident asking the right questions to move projects forward.
You'll be organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the relationship-building skills to bring different functions together and create momentum.Why Apply?
