Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of the ledger, close process, statutory reporting, and financial controls that keep the business running accurately and compliantly.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, process, and a clean close — you'll be the backbone of the finance function, working closely with the CFO who leads budgeting, audit relationships, and commercial strategy.What You'll Be DoingFinancial Operations & ReportingOverseeing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and banking reconciliationsLeading month-end and year-end close — reconciliations, journals, variance analysisPreparing management reports for the CFO (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs)Ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards,
