Job DescriptionCGC Recruitment are partnering with a high-end residential builder based in the Inner West of Sydney.
They have been operating for nearly 10 years delivering architectural designed homes across Sydney and the Southern Highlands up to $15m.
With new projects kicking off, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to come in and start a project in BondiThe builder is looking to bring in a site manager who has recently delivered homes over $5m in the Eastern Suburbs and has solid track record working in high end residential.
You will be joining a solid team and work closely with the project manager and director.You will be working on a $7m knockdown rebuild in Bondi and have good quality subcontractors in place throughout the project.
This is a Monday to Friday role.The RoleManage the day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects valued at $5M+Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standardMaintain programme and drive productivity across all stages of constructionWork closely with project managers, architects,
