The marketplace includes opportunities with ASX-listed companies, multinationals, GTEs, private businesses, and law firms.About the role:We're currently working with a progressive law firm to secure an experienced Dispute Resolution & Litigation Lawyer on a contract basis.Commencing ASAP, this engagement is expected to run for approximately three months and offers the prospect to join a high-performing and collaborative litigation practice working on a diverse range of commercial disputes and recovery matters.Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Debt and asset recovery litigation across State and Federal CourtsEnforcement of guarantees, indemnities, and contractual obligationsInsolvency-related disputes,
including winding up proceedings and creditor petitionsBuilding and managing relationships with clients and key stakeholdersSupporting broader litigation and legal projects as requiredWho we are looking for:We're seeking litigation lawyers with 10+ years' PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or pre-eminent boutique firms.
