As a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about Lindt by building strong relationships with customers in a designated territory covering Canberra and the surrounding areas within the Grocery Channel (Woolworths, Coles, Independents).
Key responsibilities
Building strong relationships with customers in a designated territory
Building POS (bins) to display Lindt products
Merchandising Lindt products at shelf including facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelves
Stock rotation, cleaning and maintenance
Executing merchandising standards of excellence
Reporting back on store and consumer insights
About you
Have an outgoing personality and love connecting with people
Have the ability to productively plan and organise your working week
Don't mind getting some exercise in your workday whilst moving stock and building displays
Have a current full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
