About The Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's development and school readiness.
You'll:
Create engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Foster children's curiosity, creativity, confidence, and sense of belonging
Lead learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs
Build robust, collaborative relationships with families and the wider community
Mentor and support educators within the kindergarten learning workplace
Contribute to achieving and maintaining high-quality outcomes against the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Help create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can flourish
About You
You'll bring:




A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
A genuine passion for inspiring children and supporting their learning journey
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
