We're not another gym chasing memberships.
We're a transformation studio, and we're growing.
We're looking for a salesperson who's ready to combine real sales skill with a genuine belief in health and fitness helping people who are finally ready to bet on themselves.
This isn't cold calling strangers or standing on a street corner with a wobbly board.
Every lead you speak to already wants what we do.
Your job is to help them say yes to themselves.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full time, based in Albury-Wodonga or based remotely
Convert warm and paid leads into Peak Shape memberships and transformation programs
Own your pipeline from first contact through to signed member
Run structured discovery calls that get to what's really holding a 40+ client back
Work from a proven script and objection-handling framework refined, not rigid
Touch base regularly with members you've sold to and hear their wins, first-hand
All training provided script, objection handling, live call examples, ongoing coaching from Nathan the owner

Emotionally aware you read people, you don't just pitch them
Mission and vision led you need to believe in what we do,



not just hit a number
Competitive, but coachable you want to win, and you want to get better
A proven, values-based, service-based sales background you've sold something people needed to trust before they bought
A background in, or genuine interest in, fitness and health highly regarded
Comfortable with structure and daily reps scripts and standards are a runway, not a cage
