Quality Advisor
FIFO 2:1 | 12 Month Contract | $65-$80/hr + Super
An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Advisor to join the delivery team on a major renewable energy project involving the construction of a 133MW wind farm comprising 17 wind turbine generators.
Reporting into the Project Quality team, you will play a key role in ensuring all construction and installation activities comply with project specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct site quality inspections during construction
Monitor contractor workmanship and compliance
Verify testing documentation and installation records
Review contractor quality deliverables
Complete material inspections and handovers
Coordinate punch list inspections and close-out activities
Manage non-conformances (NCRs)
Assist project teams in resolving quality issues
Maintain quality records and documentation
Promote a proactive quality culture across the project




Skills & Experience
Approximately 3-5 years' experience in QA/QC or construction quality
Experience on civil, infrastructure, mining, renewable energy or heavy industrial projects
Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems
Experience completing inspections and quality documentation
Ability to manage contractor quality performance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Previous wind farm experience is highly regarded but not essential.
