With established long-term contracts and a growing workload, we're looking for a qualified Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, working across commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure sites.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of equipment and systems, from preventative maintenance and breakdowns through to fault-finding, repairs, installations and larger commercial projects.
We're looking for someone who knows their trade, takes pride in their workmanship and wants a secure, long-term position with a growing local company.
About the role
You will be responsible for installation, servicing, fault-finding, repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across a range of commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure sites.
3rd and 4th Year Apprentices are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities
Installation of commercial VRV/VRF and HVAC systems
Install and commission mechanical services equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Australian standards
Perform preventative maintenance and fault finding on commercial and light industrial systems
Maintain accurate service records, asset registers and maintenance reports
Carry out repairs on compressors, evaporators, condensers, fan motors, control systems and refrigeration circuits
Identify refrigerant leaks and carry out compliant refrigerant recovery and replacement
Provide explicit documentation outlining cause of failure and recommended corrective actions
Must Haves
Qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning
Current ARCtick Licence
Valid Driver's Licence, White Card, Ochre Card (or ability to obtain), Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Nice to Have:
Experience servicing healthcare, government or critical infrastructure facilities
Experience with BMS systems and fault coordination
Experience managing site asset registers and maintenance schedules
