Administration Officer – Standby Security
Part-Time & Full-Time Positions | $27–$33 per Hour + Super
Standby Security is seeking a motivated & organised Administration Officer to join our growing team at our Geelong office.
This is more than a standard admin role - it's a key position supporting the day-to-day operations of a business that protects people, property, and communities across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients in a professional & friendly manner
Answering phones & assisting clients
Booking in jobs & coordinating daily schedules for technicians, guards & patrols
Managing incoming calls, emails & general enquiries
Preparing quotes, invoices, reports & general administration
Maintaining accurate records & data entry across systems
Supporting day-to-day office operations
Assisting management, suppliers & field staff as required
Skills & Experience:




Previous administration experience preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required
Strong communication & customer service skills
Excellent organisational & time management abilities
Ability to multitask & work efficiently under pressure
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Experience with Xero (advantageous but not essential)
Experience with Scheduling Software (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
