As Regional Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational support across your portfolio of stores, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service, strong commercial results, and the highest standards of pet care.
You will be a visible and influential leader, partnering closely with Store Managers to inspire performance, develop talent, and build a culture where people and pets thrive.

Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, KPIs and operational excellenceDrive a customer-first culture focused on delivering world-class serviceRegularly visit stores, providing coaching, feedback and support to ensure ongoing successPartner with Store Managers to identify development opportunities and promote training initiativesSupport recruitment activities across your region and help attract talentCoach and mentor emerging leaders, building capability and succession pipelinesSupport inventory, stocktake, margin management and loss prevention activitiesAnalyse competitor activity, product ranges and market opportunities to support business growthPrepare monthly reporting and contribute to new store business cases where requiredChampion a strong safety culture,
