We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team in a 6-month contract position working 56 hours per fortnight.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality overnight clinical care, providing clinical leadership, overseeing safe and effective medication management, and supporting care staff to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' nursing experience, previous experience in an In Charge role, confidence working independently on night duty, and a passion for delivering outstanding aged care.

As Registered Nurse you will:
Complete required funding assessments and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance and supporting optimal funding and quality care outcomes.
Maintain high-quality, contemporaneous documentation that accurately reflects care delivery and clinical decision-making




Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants, supporting safe practice and professional standards
Always uphold confidentiality and ensure staff work safely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Provide clear, concise shift handover and reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, and identify training and development needs within the team
About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, with no restrictions to practice
Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably within aged care or a related healthcare setting
Sound knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and best practice
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and documentation skills
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including night duty, as required
