As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to join our close-knit team.Role OverviewThe Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting continuous improvement across the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelinesEnsure machinery and equipment operate efficiently, coordinating maintenance as neededImplement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects and wasteIdentify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs,



and increase outputEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floorSupervise and guide production staff, providing training where requiredMaintain accurate production records and prepare reports for managementTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptlyRequirementsBachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (packaging industry preferred)Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and team leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with production planning tools and quality standards (ISO preferred)Pay: From $80,****** per yearWork Location: In person
