Live-In Motel Management Couple – Toowoomba, QLD
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Motel Management Couple for an immediate start.
This is a live-in management opportunity for a couple to jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel, with duties and responsibilities negotiable based on experience and strengths.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily motel operations and guest services
Manage reception, check-ins, check-outs, bookings and payments
Use Guest Point for reservations, room management and daily motel operations
Coordinate housekeeping and room presentation
Supervise and support housekeeping staff
Monitor maintenance and follow up on issues
Undertake breakfast and dinner operations
Handle guest enquiries, requests and after-hours requirements
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service
Ensure motel policies, procedures and workplace requirements are followed
Salary & Benefits
$110,000 + Superannuation for the couple

✅ Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' experience in motel, hotel, accommodation or hospitality management
Previous hands-on experience using Guest Point or similar is essential
Strong understanding of motel and accommodation operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in Housekeepeing and supervising staff
Hands-on, versatile and reliable approach
Ability to work independently and as a team
Immediate start preferred.
