We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Treasurer to join our Board on a volunteer basis.
This role will be key in supporting the organisation's financial stewardship, through strategic financial oversight, governance support, whilst also contributing to the broader vision of the organisation.
*Oversee financial governance and reporting
*Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance
*Support strategic planning and sustainability initiatives
*Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory obligations
*Provide financial insights to support informed decision-making
*Assist in risk management and accountability practices
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has:
*Solid financial literacy and commercial acumen
*Experience in accounting, finance,



or business management (CA/CPA ideally)
*Knowledge of governance and compliance obligations
*Strategic thinking and the ability to interpret financial reports
*A passion for community service and making a difference
*Previous Board or Not-for-Profit experience (desirable but not essential)
