Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran school serving families throughout the beautiful Noosa region on the Sunshine Coast.
Situated on a 9.5-hectare campus, approximately 130 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD, the College enrols around 1,100 students.

Selection Criteria
Applicants should demonstrate:
Proven expertise and teaching experience within the Primary Years.
Strong skills in the development and implementation of inquiry-based units of work, supported by effective planning, documentation and assessment practices that promote high-quality learning outcomes.
Effective classroom management skills and a sound understanding of student behavioural needs.
The ability to build positive, respectful and supportive relationships within the College community, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the values of the College.
A strong understanding of the diverse needs of students and the demonstrated ability to support these needs within both classroom and pastoral care contexts.
A commitment to Christian education and a demonstrated commitment to the ethos, values and mission of the College.
