About The Role Feros Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Workers to join our vibrant team at our Bangalow, NSW Village.
If you're passionate about person-centred care and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care that supports residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Assisting with meals and daily routines
Participating in meaningful daily activities that enrich residents' lives
Accurately documenting care notes and reporting changes in resident needs
Building positive relationships to help residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or equivalent (essential)
Endorsement to assist with medication (desired)
Experience in aged care or community care (highly regarded)
