About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls
Managing email correspondence
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Data entry and record keeping
Ordering and managing office supplies, stationery, and PPE
Providing customer service support
Filing and maintaining organised records
General office upkeep
