We are passionate about working closely with the child, their family and therapy team to ensure the best outcomes possible.Clinically focused and mindful of OH&S; exposure, all orthoses are individually modelled inhouse and then centrally fabricated.
Apace with current technologies, supplying orthoses and FES systems, Nova has been supplying 3D printed orthoses for over 7 years.
A 2D video vector gait laboratory with force plates is installed on site for tuning AFOFC alongside gait specialist physiotherapists.Wonderful NewcastleNewcastle is located 2 hours north of Sydney in the picturesque Hunter Valley.

About the RoleWe are looking for a clinical orthotist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.
Recent graduate, mid-level, and senior orthotists are all encouraged to apply.
Start dates are flexible prior to January ****,
with an earlier start preferred.About the EnvironmentWe are a small, dynamic clinic with a strong team focus.
You will be supported by our Allied Health Assistant (AHA) and orthotists and work collaboratively with families, their physiotherapists and medical specialists.
Nova has a mobile van and monthly clinics to Tamworth NSW are shared amongst clinicians.What We Are Looking ForEssential Skills & Qualities: A kind, client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and strong time management.Desirable (Not Mandatory): Experience with Canfit/CADCAM software and familiarity with the OSKAR approach to paediatric orthotic management.What We Offer A friendly, flexible and supportive working environment.

Nova Orthotics considers a 4-day work week to be full time.
4 days per week (0.86 FTE), paid for standard 5-day work week (1 FTE).
