About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our production team on a full time basis.
Working as part of a team, you will undertake a variety of hands-on tasks involved in the production and manufacture of our cast bronze products, ensuring customer orders are completed to the required quality and specifications.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing a quality product.
Key responsibilities
Moulding – preparing moulds and materials for production
Pouring – assisting with the casting and pouring process
Finishing – cleaning, grinding, finishing and preparing products
General factory and production duties
Following production instructions and customer specifications
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
Working collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements
Following all Phoenix Foundry policies, procedures and Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
About you
A robust work ethic and reliable attendance

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Previous foundry, manufacturing, metal trade or factory experience (desirable but not essential)
