About the role
The Client Administration Officer is responsible for the administration of client records and service delivery records across ANFE Community Care's programs and services.
Working between ******* hours per week, over 5 days, the role ensures high-quality, person-centred services are delivered in line with funding requirements, organisational policies, and relevant aged care and disability legislation.
The Client Administration Officer acts as a key link between clients, families, staff, volunteers, external stakeholders and management, ensuring programs are responsive, compliant, sustainable and aligned with ANFE Community Care's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
Undertake client intake, assessment, service placement and review processes
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Aged Care Act, CHSP Guidelines and/or NDIS Practice Standards (if applicable)
Monitor program capacity, service utilisation and waitlists
Identify training needs in collaboration with management
Promote a positive, accountable and values-driven workplace culture
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting and data entry
Participate in audits (internal and external) and quality reviews
Contribute to incident management,
complaints handling and risk mitigation processes
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, health professionals and community organisations
About you
Robust organisational and coordination skills
Experience in compliance, reporting and quality systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Friendly and approachable customer service skills, demonstrating patience and responsiveness
Sensitivity and integrity in dealing with confidential and complex matters
Sound computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
Sound writing skills for reporting and accountability
Initiative and sound judgement
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Supervisory or team leader experience
Relevant experience or qualification in Community Services, Health, Disability, Aged Care or related field
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in community care or human services
Demonstrated knowledge of aged care and/or disability funding frameworks
Current driver's licence
Current acceptable Department of Human Services (DHS) clearance
Ability to converse in Italian (highly regarded)
