We're seeking an experiencedSalesTeamLeaderto join our amazing team.OurSalesTeamLeaderis responsible for:Lead and drive the My Holiday sales team to achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiencesBuild and maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer issuesCoach, develop, and motivate consultants to create a high-performing sales cultureCollaborate with the My Holiday leadership team to support long‐term business goals and objectivesSet and manage daily KPI expectations, ensuring individual and team performance benchmarks are achievedUse sales data and reporting to manage team performance, including sales, margins, conversions, and account activitySupport the My Holiday Sales Manager in maintaining budgets and managing unit costs effectivelyContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work setting where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thriveWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Demonstrated experience leading and engaging a customer‐focused sales teamProven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast‐paced environmentExperience coaching, mentoring,



and developing high‐performing sales consultantsStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate othersExcellent customer engagement and relationship‐building capabilitiesStrong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracySolution‐focused mindset with a proactive and results‐driven approachAbility to analyse sales performance metrics and use data to drive team successWhat's in it for you?
