About The RoleWe are looking for someone ready to step up into a Finance Manager role and take ownership of the finance function across a number of our software businesses, while partnering closely with leadership to support performance, reporting, and growth.This is a hands-on leadership role operating at the intersection of financial control and commercial business partnering.

The group focuses on long-term ownership, operational excellence, and developing strong, sustainable businesses.We operate as a growing and evolving business with a strong customer and combine the agility of a smaller organisation with the support, resources, and best practices of a global network.This provides a unique opportunity to contribute at a local level while gaining exposure to international finance leadership, reporting standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function, contributing to business strategy, planning, and performanceManage budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely insightsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements, including managing audits and internal controlsPartner with business leaders to provide financial analysis,
