We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Administrator to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Toowoomba.

What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily practice operations and workflow
Managing staff rostering and schedules
Handling general administration and patient coordination
Supporting the team to maintain high standards of care
Liaising with clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow
Helping ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
Previous Practice Manager experience or strong dental administration experience with leadership skills




Confident with staff rostering and organisation
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Experience working within a dental practice
