Combining our national service network with JCB's globally recognised product range and loyal following, we're building an exciting new dealership with ambitious plans for growth.We're now looking for a motivated Territory Manager to help establish JCB within the Central Coast and Newcastle region by developing new customer relationships, growing market share and delivering outstanding equipment solutions to the construction and earthmoving industries.What You Will Be DoingBusiness Development: Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, site visits, referrals and lead generation while developing new business across contractors, earthmoving companies, civil contractors, municipalities and construction businesses.Account Management: Develop trusted long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities within existing accounts and provide ongoing support throughout the customer journey.Sales & Equipment Solutions:



Conduct site inspections, understand customer requirements, demonstrate JCB equipment, prepare quotations, negotiate sales and oversee equipment handover.Territory Management: Own your territory by executing a structured call plan, monitoring competitor activity and identifying new market opportunities to maximise JCB market share.What It Takes To SucceedYou're a proactive, relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and building long-term partnerships.
