Jim Roberts Locksmiths is a Townsville-based locksmithing company specialising in all areas of locksmithing & electronic security.
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our management team.
This position requires managing a dedicated team that supports the company's fast-paced retail and trade sales, as well as the automotive locksmithing & special keying department.
The workshop trades Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
The successful applicant will receive a 4- to 6-month transition training program.
This is a salary position; the successful applicant will be offered an above-award package based on their current experience & their future management position.
You will be employed under the company's current EBA, which allows for all up-to-date-day entitlements.




Basic Requirements
Qld Security Licence
Experience in the Locksmithing Industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to train others
QLD Manual Driver's Licence
A Team Player willing to learn & implement new technology within the industry & company.
Willing & able to follow and implement company policies & procedures.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Promaster PM8 Master Keying Program
Experience with Cloning & Diagnostic Automotive Work
Experience in Retail Counter Sales
Computer Skills
