We're looking for a Residential Sales Consultant who knows how to walk into a home, understand what a family actually needs, and close confidently.
This isn't a lead-chasing role.
Our inbound pipeline is strong.
You'll be converting warm leads and quoting on-site across ducted and split systems for Perth homeowners.

What you'll be doing
Attending on-site consultations with residential clients across Perth metro
Quoting ducted reverse cycle systems (single and two-storey), split systems and evaporative conversions




Reading floor plans and designing systems to suit the home
Following up quotes and closing sales with support from the coordinator
Working toward monthly revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure
Using Ascora (job management) and GoHighLevel (CRM) to manage your pipeline
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience — HVAC or trade industry preferred.
Confidence quoting and presenting to homeowners in their home
Ability to read floor plans and understand basic system design principles (we'll train the right person)
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
Someone who values doing the right thing by the client, not just hitting a number
