Has relevant chef qualifications or solid commercial kitchen experience
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Can handle a busy kitchen during peak service periods
Takes pride in preparing fresh, quality meals
Has good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Has a positive attitude and works well with others
