This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field and has a genuine passion for vehicles, testing, and emerging technologies.
You'll have access to some of the industry's most advanced testing facilities and equipment.The Test Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing outcomes in line with agreed test schedules and project timeframes.
Success in the role requires building and maintaining strong working relationships with both technical and management teams through regular, open, and effective communication.
The position will also involve testing outside standard business hours when required, including night-time testing activities.
As a hands-on role, the Test Engineer will actively participate in all aspects of vehicle testing, with responsibilities often involving physical work for extended periods.Other duties will include (not limited to):Workshop-based work, including equipment maintenance and test vehicle preparation.Office-based activities, including administration, reporting, and meetings (only about 10% of your working week will be office based).
