The City of Kwinana is
seeking an experienced Health and Fitness Team
Leader to drive the delivery and growth of our health and
fitness services at the Kwinana Recquatic.
This is a unique
opportunity to join the leadership team as we embark on a
transformative $38 million redevelopment of the Recquatic
Centre, creating enhanced facilities and experiences for
our growing community.

What's On
OfferReporting to the Customer
and Fitness Coordinator, you'll lead our team of Gym Instructors,
Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors, ensuring the
delivery of safe, innovative and commercially sustainable fitness
services.
Key responsibilities
include:
Leading
and developing a high-performing fitness team.
Managing
gym floor operations, personal training services and group
fitness programs.
Designing and optimising
group fitness timetables and service offerings.
Driving
member participation, retention and engagement
initiatives.
Analysing participation
and performance data to improve services.
Managing
fitness budgets, equipment maintenance and supplier
relationships.
Delivering innovative
fitness experiences aligned with industry trends and community
needs.
About
YouYou are an experienced




fitness professional who thrives on leading people, building
culture and delivering exceptional member experiences.
You will bring:
Strong
leadership experience within the fitness, recreation or leisure
sector.
Demonstrated success
managing teams and multiple service areas.
Experience developing
and growing fitness programs and services.
Commercial acumen with
budget and performance management skills.
Excellent communication
and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Certificate IV in
Fitness and current AusActive accreditation.
Relevant
tertiary qualifications or substantial equivalent industry
experience.
