St Therese's Primary School, New Lambton is seeking a temporary parttime (12hrs p/w) Administrative Officer (level 4) to join the team from Monday 12 October for the remainder of the year working Monday and Tuesday each week.
St Therese's Primary School is a unique school community offering students a quality education from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Working with parents and the wider community to provide a holistic education, St Therese's provides a number of enrichment opportunities for students to extend their learning experiences and enable them to reach their full potential.
The School Administrative Officer provides administrative support to school staff and the school principal.
Administrative Officers within the Catholic Schools Office, Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle may be classified as either a level 4,5 or 6.
Indicative duties for each of these levels can be found under the leadership framework - Administrative Support.
EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
Ability to articulate a explicit understanding of and a personal commitment to Catholic Education and to actively supporting the Catholic ethos and culture of the school
Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience using initiative and self-motivation in the workplace
Demonstrated ability in accurately and proficiently performing a wide range of administration tasks




Intermediate experience and ability to work with various databases, Microsoft office programs and excel
Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and multitask to meet various deadlines
An understanding and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and be responsible and accountable for own work with the capacity and willingness to work in a team environment
Willingness to Comply or Compliance with the CSO Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead Policy.
Category A – Accreditation to Work
QUALIFICATIONS
Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
Completion of Anaphylaxis training
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary is in accordance with New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement ****.
