The OpportunityWorking closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing technical and compliance requirements, and supporting efficient project delivery on site.
You'll be embedded in complex surface and underground construction projects, taking ownership of planning, coordination and execution across FRP, concrete and associated civil works.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving project delivery safely, on time and on budget
Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to optimise sequencing and productivity
Providing technical problem solving and support on site
Managing documentation, QA and compliance without losing sight of delivery
Coordinating subcontractors, crews, materials and project resources
Building robust relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
Identifying smarter,
faster and more efficient ways to deliver work
What We're Looking For
A Project Engineer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has genuine project delivery experience across underground construction, FRP and concrete works.
You'll bring:
A Civil or Structural Engineering degree
5+ years' experience in project engineering, with a strong background in underground construction
Demonstrated experience delivering FRP and concrete works
Practical knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and project delivery
The ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and keep projects moving
Strong technical, planning and problem-solving skills
Confidence working closely with Supervisors, crews, subcontractors, clients and Project Managers
A strong understanding of safety, quality, QA and compliance requirements
The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and take ownership of your work
Experience working on remote or FIFO mining projects
