About the roleAs Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, delivering high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strong team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team
Designing and updating seasonal menus
Managing food costs, ordering, and stock control




Ensuring food safety and compliance with all regulations
Maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency
Working closely with venue management to drive food sales and customer satisfaction
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step
Robust leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of food costing, GP targets, and stock management
Passion for quality pub food and modern casual dining
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Relevant food safety certifications
