Job DescriptionAbout the RoleJurlique is seeking an experienced, commercially driven full-time Cluster Manager to lead the performance, people and growth of our WA retail network - including our flagship WA Concept Store and all Department Store locations across the state.This role acts as the Store Manager for the Concept Store 4 days per week while overseeing multi site operations on the road 1 day per week, driving exceptional customer experience, elevating brand standards and developing high performing teams.
It's a hands on leadership role suited to a retail leader who thrives on coaching, operational excellence and delivering strong commercial outcomes.Retail Leadership & OperationsLead the WA Concept Store and Department Store network.Drive a customer first culture and consistent operational standards.Manage rosters, labour productivity, payroll accuracy and compliance.Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and maintain consistency.Oversee inventory management and ensure safe working environments.Sales & Commercial PerformanceDeliver sales, profit and KPI targets across all locations.Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement plans.Drive customer acquisition,
