About the role:
Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A; transactions.Working on matters involving property investment,



development and finance.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.
The ideal candidate:
Have 3-5 years PQE, with strong experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail.Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.
