Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma qualificationsA current driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly across Curiosity Tree services within South East QueenslandLeading, mentoring and developing Centre Managers to deliver high-performing, compliant and sustainable servicesDriving performance, accountability and continuous improvement across your portfolio through structured reporting and regular check-insSupporting Centre Managers to maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, and solid NQS outcomesOverseeing rostering, payroll and financial performance across the network to ensure services remain operationally sound and sustainableChampioning child safety, risk management and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across every centreBuilding strong relationships with families, communities and stakeholders, and partnering with People & Culture, Quality & Compliance, Facilities and Finance teams to support the portfolio's successReady to Lead With Us?
