team to deliver quality outcomes across subdivision and development projectsProviding expert engineering advice on development approvals, drainage, access, and landscape assessmentsCollaborating with internal teams, developers and consultants to resolve complex technical issuesOverseeing assessment and approval of engineering designs and ensuring compliance with standards and legislationDriving a customer‐focused, high‐performing and continuous improvement culture within the teamWhat You Will BringRegistered Professional Engineer under the Professional Engineers Registration Act****Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with substantial experience in subdivision and development engineeringProven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, supervise and develop engineers and technical staffStrong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated experience in development approvals, including drainage, civil works and landscape assessmentsSound knowledge of planning schemes, standards, and relevant Local Government legislationAbility to make informed decisions independently and manage competing priorities with robust attention to detailWhy work with usActivity based and hybrid work model.
