We are looking for an experienced IP Networks Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering robust, scalable, and production-ready network solutions.About the RoleAs an IP Networks Design Engineer, you will be responsible for validating network designs, building lab environments, executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring solutions are deployment-ready before production rollout.
You will work across complex IP/MPLS environments and contribute to minimising implementation risks while improving delivery quality and customer confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ValidationAnalyse existing IP/MPLS network architectures and servicesDevelop and validate scalable target network designsReview High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentsEnsure solutions align with customer standards, security policies,



and design principlesLab Setup & TestingBuild and configure lab environments replicating production scenariosPerform functional, performance, interoperability, and failover testingConfigure and validate:Cisco and Juniper routers/switchesDHCP, DNS, Syslog, and BNG servicesRouting and security policiesIdentify design gaps and recommend optimisation opportunitiesValidate resiliency, redundancy, and high-availability scenariosEnsure solutions meet performance KPIs and SLAsDocumentation & GovernancePrepare Golden MOPs (Method of Procedure)Develop:Test plans and validation reportsConfiguration templates and standard buildsDesign validation and acceptance documentationSupport customer sign-off and governance activitiesEnsure solutions are production-ready with minimal deployment riskProvide rollout support, troubleshooting guidance, and knowledge transfer to implementation teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in:IXIA, Spirent, Wireshark, TCPdumpBasic automation knowledge using Python, Ansible, or NETCONF/YANG, Cisco ACI and NSOBGP, OSPF/IS-IS, MPLS (L2/L3 VPNs)EVPN/VXLAN (preferred)Hands‐on experience with Cisco and Juniper platformsStrong understanding of:Routing, switching, and security architecturesDHCP, DNS, Syslog,
