Provide technical claims support to our Director, National Operations Manager,



State Manager and Executive Loss AdjustersAssist with the management and progression of a portfolio of claims from initial advice to settlement, following Pacific Claims policies and proceduresConduct desktop claim assessments, reviewing policy information, repair quotations, invoices, scopes of work, photographs and supporting documentationAssist in investigating the cause and extent of loss, confirming quantum, and reviewing policy coverageLiaise with insureds, insurers, brokers, builders, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholdersPrepare high-quality reports, correspondence and file notesEnsure SLAs, KPIs and client service standards are metMaintain accurate, timely records in the Claims Management SystemProvide diary management, travel coordination and administrative support to leadershipSupport catastrophe response and peak workload periods from the officeEnsure Contractual, Statutory and GICOP requirements are metMaintain accurate daily timelog entries reflecting work completed on each claimAbout youPrior experience as a Loss Adjuster, Senior Loss Adjuster or Executive Loss Adjuster — ideally across Commercial, Liability, Construction and Engineering, Strata and/or major and complex lossLooking for a change of pace — off the road and into an office-based,
