Monday to Friday | Perth Airport - relocating to West Perth mid ****Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate familyAbout the role:The Operational Applications team is currently seeking a Specialist Information Management - Applications to join them on a Monday-Friday Roster based at our Perth office on a 12 Month Maximum Term Contract.
Reporting to the Manager Applications, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of information management systems and processes across Hancock Iron Ore.
This role ensures the integrity, reliability, and accessibility of business information, supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.Duties:Ensure the effective implementation and integration of information management systems across the organisationMaintain and optimise master data management and business rules within operational and business systemsLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure information requirements are met and systems are fit for purposeAssist in designing and maintaining data structures, metadata, and information architecture.Monitor and validate data quality, accuracy,



and consistency across systems.Advance automation, intelligent content processing and AI‐enhanced technologies to support IM PracticesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for information management platforms and related applications.Contribute to the implementation of information management strategies, frameworks and governance protocolsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and organisational policies.Provide technical training and support to end users on information management systems and processes.Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in implementing Information Management solutionsExperience in Information Management workflows, business rules and metadataProfessional experience in building and using automation tools in IM practices (e.g. intelligent content processing and AI‐enhanced toolsets)Experience and sound understanding of up-to-date application architectures (Cloud, SaaS, API's) & scripting languagesAbility to design and implement data quality dashboards and reports using BI and SQLExperience using IT service management tools e.g. Service Now
