The Role

- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support client reporting and internal decision-making
- Build and optimise data models, dashboards, and visualisations using modern BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Work with large, complex datasets across financial systems and data warehouses
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting solutions
- Contribute to data strategy initiatives and continuous improvement of BI capabilities
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed

About You

- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role, ideally within financial services or consulting




- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
- Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of data modelling and performance optimisation
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- A problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
- Relevant qualifications in IT, data analytics, finance, or a related field
