About the Company

We are looking for a eLearning Specialist for a NSW government client based in Sydney CBD. This role is a an 8-week contract with a start date of Monday, 4th May 2026. This is paying $70 - $80 per hour + super.

About the Role

- Project manage the design and delivery of the PID content training refresh including producing high quality work within identified deadlines
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging and meaningful learning experiences that will be used by diverse audiences and in a range of context
- Apply sound instructional design, adult learning theory and robust writing and editing skills to develop nuanced eLearning materials according to identified learning profiles




- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure learning products align with the most important learning outcomes and are technically correct
- Recommend and design compelling and dynamic learning experiences as appropriate such as including eLearning storyboards, video and animation scripts, facilitator guides (virtual and face-to-face), podcasts, infographics, assessments and job aids

Skills & Experience

- Experience in a similar role
- Government experience ideal
- Ability to develop and deliver an instruction manual and training
